ABOUT ME
MY JOURNEY
I graduated as a Clinical Psychologist but never agreed with standard therapies. Later in life, I started a short-lived business that I called “Meditation Therapy by Lisa”, combining my skills as a psychologist and my experience with meditation. My clients were happy but I was not really. I was not satisfied because I could sense that I had a deeper healing potential within me that was much more powerful, but that was simply not unlocked. And even more significant, I realized that I first had to heal myself. Because a true healer first heals themselves.
So, I continued my journey here on Earth, going through deep spiritual awakening processes, and finally finding a deep sense of inner peace. When I eventually moved from the city to a calm, magnificent, natural place, the call to be a healer re-emerged. My inner knowing told me that I had to meet an energy-healer to go even deeper into my own healing and…to activate my own healing abilities. So, I started a six month “Soul Alignment” program with an experienced Psychic Channel, Energy-Healer and spiritual mentor. It helped me to get where I am today: confident and embodied in my role as a Spiritual leader.
After the first session, I discovered that I am a Starseed. This is a Soul who has evolved themselves in higher dimensional planets and star systems. They choose to incarnate on Earth to assist in the spiritual evolution of humanity and the planet by raising consciousness, sharing higher wisdom, advanced healing abilities and anchoring in light and high vibrational energy. My Soul has lived in the Andromedan, Pleiadian, Mintakan, Sirian and Arcturian star systems. I’ve also lived in Lemuria and I carry many lifetimes as a witch and healer. My current personality traits as Lisa and my knowledge as a psychologist support the wisdom and frequency that I get to share within my work.
In the end, I am one of the many people on Earth who woke up to the Truth of Love. I have found the unique value and colors integral to my work and I couldn’t be more satisfied knowing that I get to share this love with others.

WHO AM I?
I am Lisa Van Dale, Spiritual Channel, Healer and Spiritual Psychologist. I am also authentically me.
I have peeled off many layers to be able to connect to, and express, my true self.
The Lisa Frequency is my authentic, Soul frequency. My vibe. It’s a frequency where we choose the highest degree of Love and the Freedom of the Soul.
It’s a frequency where we care about humanity, Earth and the Collective’s Consciousness. We aim to serve Love, not the ego. We listen to our hearts, always guiding us to our highest good. On this frequency, we see through 3D limiting programming and understand the abundance of the Universe. We understand that the healing of the world, starts with the healing of ourselves. By doing our inner work, healing and aligning we take full responsibility for our contribution within the human experience.
It’s also a frequency where we have a shit ton of fun. We live in the glory of our alignment and the Soul aligned experiences that we’re manifesting into our reality time after time. Our life is an ode to the joy of being alive. We’re in love with creation and everything we get to experience here on this beautiful Earth. Living our most epic lives is our way of showing appreciation, love and gratefulness to the human experience we’ve been given.
MY SOUL PURPOSE
My Soul’s purpose is to serve the freedom of the Soul on Earth.
I care deeply about setting our Soul’s free so that we can live a life in full alignment with Spirit, joy and Love.
